Teaching resilience to students is crucial because it equips them with essential life skills to navigate challenges, setbacks, and adversity effectively. Resilience fosters emotional strength, enabling students to bounce back from disappointments and failures, ultimately building their self-confidence. By instilling resilience early on and coaching students on how to deal with various scenarios with resilience, we empower them to develop healthy coping mechanisms, adaptability, and a positive mindset, which are invaluable tools for their personal and academic growth and for building resilience throughout their lives.
