Thankful Leaves. Showing gratitude has been proven to increase long-term well-being, improve health, relationships, emotions and help us bounce back from stressful experiences.
This is an effective way of developing a responsive classroom by incorporating SEL social and emotional learning.
In this pack you will receive a range of “unbe-leaf-able” (heh heh) different leaf patterns in 2 different sizes: whole page and half page. You will also receive 2 versions: one with unique prompts and another that is blank giving you full flexibility.
Students can colour the leaves, cut them out, reflect on their gratitude and then display these in your classroom in so many different ways.
These are ideal for Thanksgiving craftivities. They also work well for silent or discussion activities to start or end the school day, plus it’s also great for teachers too: we can all take time to have an attitude of gratitude and these would look wonderful up in the staff room / teachers’ lounge.
